Default Windows Update Error 80073712
I am unable to install the update Windows6.1-KB974571-x86. It gives me this error code every time. I have purged the update cache. Also it tells me that I have never installed any updates which I have. Anyone know how to fix this?

I was able to install the optional updates with no error but still get the error on KB974571.
